• Membership valid for 12 months from purchase.
• Non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Treatments are unlimited within clinically safe intervals as stated.
• Maximum of 2 future bookings at any time.
• 48-hour cancellation policy applies; missed or late-cancelled appointments are counted as used sessions.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time; the session will still be counted.
• Clients must disclose any medical conditions or changes that may affect treatment suitability.
• In cases of pregnancy, illness or medical restriction, alternative arrangements may be considered at the clinic’s discretion.
• Two treatments per appointment (to maintain fair diary access).
• Upgrades available at additional cost.
• VL Aesthetics reserves the right to update terms to ensure safe and fair membership use.
