Appointments and Cancellations
All practitioners at VL Aesthetics are trained and approved in accordance with the company’s treatment protocols and therefore we do not guarantee continued treatment with a named doctor, nurse, aesthetician or therapist.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 01228 580444 or via email [email protected] We will need to know that you wish to cancel 48 hours before your appointment is due. Failure to cancel or rearrange at least 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of the treatment from your course or you will be charged 50% of your cancelled appointment. If you fail to arrive for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the treatment value.
Please note we do have a ’no-show’ policy in place. In order to secure your appointment we need to pre-authorise your card for £30 in case of “No show”. Your card will ONLY be charged if you fail to attend your private appointment.
Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or forfeiting of the appointment. VL Aesthetics will endeavour to ensure that your appointment runs to time; however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance.
Prior to your appointment we will inform you of any preparation required in advance of your treatment. Failure to follow the guide lines may result in cancellation of your appointment, reduced treatment time, or additional fees being charged.
For insurance purposes, we have a strict ‘No Children’ policy at VL Aesthetics. We cannot accept any responsibility for a child’s welfare so for the safety of us, the clinic, and the child we ask our clients not to bring any child below the age of 16 to the premises.
Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment delivered or deposits. However, if you change your mind about any treatment purchased within 14 days, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative treatment / product or offer you a credit note. We do not offer refunds on products sold. By booking through our website or by signing the consent form you agree to these terms.
At VL Aesthetics we offer our customers state of the art e-commerce security. All credit card and debit card transactions on our shopping area are protected so you can relax and enjoy the on-line shopping experience.
The results of our treatments can vary from person to person. This is because people have different lifestyles and differ physiologically. For example, if somebody consumes 4000 calories per day, although they will lose inches during a Lipofirm treatment, they will quickly put these inches back on.
Any images, videos, or claims on this website are a representation of possible results rather than necessary results. We do our best to accurately represent the results you could achieve with our treatments and products.
We always try to ensure that our prices are as transparent as possible, and we try to offer a variety of pricing options to meet your needs (including interest free finance). However, please note that, although we do our best to keep this website accurate and up to date, the exact prices of your treatments will be confirmed during your consultation.
Please also note that, it is against the law to offer discounts on certain types of prescription medicines. We try to be clear in our promotions, however, if it is not immediately apparent to you that an offer does not apply to such a treatment, this will be explained during your consultation.
