We also follow strict hygiene protocols and adhere to industry best practices to ensure a safe and comfortable experience.

Yes, the treatments we provide are backed by extensive scientific research and clinical studies. For example:

  • Anti-Wrinkle Injections: Anti-wrinkle injections have been studied extensively for their safety and efficacy in reducing dynamic wrinkles. Clinical trials have demonstrated their ability to temporarily relax targeted muscles and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Dermal Fillers: Hyaluronic acid-based fillers are supported by numerous studies showing their effectiveness in restoring lost volume, enhancing facial contours, and improving skin elasticity. Hyaluronic acid is naturally present in the skin, making these treatments both safe and effective when administered by trained professionals.
  • LED Light Therapy: Research highlights the benefits of specific wavelengths of light (red, blue, and near-infrared) in stimulating collagen production, reducing inflammation, and improving skin conditions like acne, rosacea, and sun damage.
  • Hydrafacial Treatments: This technology-driven facial combines exfoliation, extraction, and hydration, supported by studies demonstrating its ability to improve skin texture, reduce fine lines, and increase hydration levels after treatment.
  • Fire & Ice Facial: Utilising clinically formulated products containing ingredients like glycolic acid, this treatment is designed to resurface the skin, with studies showing the benefits of chemical exfoliation in improving skin tone and texture.

For each treatment, we ensure that the protocols and products we use are evidence-based and meet high safety and efficacy standards. If you’d like to explore the scientific research behind a specific treatment, let us know, and we’ll be happy to guide you to relevant studies and resources.

Yes, we customise all treatments to suit your skin type, including sensitive skin. For those prone to irritation, the Hydrafacial® Syndeo and LED Facial are particularly effective, as they are gentle yet highly restorative. During your Consultation, we’ll assess your skin and recommend the best treatment for you.

The longevity of results depends on the treatment chosen and individual factors such as your skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare routine. For example:

We’ll provide tailored advice on how to maintain your results.

Most of our treatments involve little to no downtime. For facials like Hydrafacial or Fire & Ice, you can return to your routine immediately. Injectable treatments may cause minor swelling or bruising, but these effects typically subside within a few days. Your practitioner will provide detailed aftercare instructions to minimise downtime.

Most of our treatments are minimally invasive and involve little to no discomfort. For procedures like anti-wrinkle injections or fillers, a topical anaesthetic may be applied to ensure your comfort. We prioritise a pain-free experience and will guide you through every step of your treatment.

The timeline for results depends on the treatment:

  • Facial treatments like Hydrafacial or LED therapy often deliver immediate improvements in skin texture and radiance.
  • Injectable treatments may take a few days to fully develop their effect, with optimal results visible within 1-2 weeks.

Your practitioner will give you a clear understanding of what to expect during your consultation.

Yes, many of our treatments work synergistically and can be combined to maximise results. For instance, facials like LED therapy may complement injectable treatments for a comprehensive skin rejuvenation plan. During your consultation, we’ll design a bespoke plan tailored to your goals.

Preparation steps depend on the treatment, but general advice includes:

  • Avoiding sun exposure and tanning beds before facials or injectables.
  • Refraining from alcohol, aspirin, or certain supplements 24-48 hours before injectable treatments.
  • Arriving with clean, makeup-free skin for facials or skin treatments.

Your practitioner will provide specific guidance based on your chosen treatment.

Aftercare instructions are tailored to your treatment. Common advice includes:

  • Avoiding direct sun exposure and applying sunscreen daily.
  • Keeping the treated area clean and moisturised.
  • Avoiding strenuous exercise or saunas immediately after injectables.

We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every treatment to ensure optimal results.
