Yes, all patients are required to undergo a consultation prior to receiving any treatments.

During your consultation, our cosmetic doctor will conduct a thorough review of your medical history and discuss your symptoms. This is followed by a comprehensive physical examination, which includes the utilisation of an advanced skin analysis tool to gain an in-depth understanding of your skin's condition.

Additional tests, like skin swabs, blood work, or a skin biopsy, may be necessary for a comprehensive assessment. While a diagnosis and treatment plan might be established in the initial visit, follow-up appointments are often scheduled to monitor treatment effectiveness and make any necessary adjustments.

Appointments typically last 30 minutes. If you have multiple conditions or if more than one person requires an evaluation, please inform us beforehand so we can allocate sufficient time for your visit.

The initial consultation is £150. Treatment charges vary according to the procedure to be carried out - full details of our charges are available on request.

Booking an appointment at our clinic is simple and doesn't require a referral. However, to ensure your private health insurance covers the fees, it's wise to verify their policy regarding referrals. Should you have a referral from your GP, please bring it to your appointment, as it can provide valuable insights for our doctor.

Treatments on the same day may be possible for urgent medical needs. However, we generally advise taking time to consider your options, especially for most procedures or cosmetic interventions.

Our team is willing to collaborate with your GP or any other specialists involved in your care. If needed, we can communicate with your GP to inquire about prescribing your medication via the NHS. Ultimately, the decision to prescribe, guided by trust policies and budget considerations, rests with your GP.

Many of our patients come to us uncertain about which treatment is most appropriate for their skin condition. Rest assured, as long as you can describe your skin concerns, we can guide you through the various treatment options at your disposal. From there, we'll collaborate with you to devise a personalised treatment plan designed to yield the best possible results for your specific needs.

Every medical procedure carries the potential for side effects. These can range from minor issues, like a slight bruise or redness, to more significant ones that may require you to avoid sun exposure for an extended duration. We will provide you with detailed guidance on the precautions and steps to follow post-treatment to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of the procedure.

Yes, our clinic offers a curated range of premium dermatological skincare products.
